Josh Erb
CEO and Director
Josh is a visionary leader sold out to the Jesus model of raising and equipping Christian world-changers. He Co-founded Soul Edge Ministries when he was only 19 and has now led the Charity with his wife, Kiri for over 16 years. Over the years, he has personally mentored and helped equip hundreds of leaders.
Josh also serves on staff at Northgate Church, heading up Pastoral care and Connect groups. Alongside this, he serves as a Volunteer Firefighter with the Cumberland Fire Department. Josh is an avid adventurer and loves spending time in the mountains. He is also a Hiking Guide with the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides.
Kiri Erb
Director of Teaching and Theology Soul Edge Canada
Kiri has worked alongside Josh to build Soul Edge Canada for well over a decade. With a multidisciplinary approach to teaching and apologetics, she is passionate about the clarity, beauty and relevance of the Gospel message gaining traction in human hearts-not in spite of, but in relation to the lived human experience. Her upcoming novel: Love, War and the Mess In Between carries this same heartbeat, nestled in historical fiction. Kiri is currently completing her MA Systematic and Philosophical Theology at the University of Nottingham, UK. She also holds a BA Politics and International Relations from The University of Nottingham with a year at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
Kiri is also a speaker for Apologetics Canada, wife to Josh Erb and mom of their three adventurous children.
Sebastian Gray
New Zealand Director
After graduating from Soul Edge in 2010, Seb worked for the Christian outdoors organisation Rock UK. He then came back in 2013, 2014 and 2015 as a Team Leader. After that, Seb was Chief Instructor (Activity Manager) at Rock UK Carroty Wood in Kent. He has also managed to Lead World Challenge Teams on adventures in destinations such as Morocco. He has both his Summer and Winter Mountain Leader qualifications.
Seb is an absolutely incredible leader, full of passion and a desire to see lives and culture transformed.

Mikayla Bessent
Assistant Team Leader
Mikayla is someone that just lights up a room with her joy and passion. She has served as leader both in Church and working for Non-profits.
Along with coaching gymnastics for years. Mikayla is always up for an adventure whether it is snowboarding or jumping into a ice cold lake she is the kind of person that just pulls you into the beauty of life.
We are delighted to have her on our 2024 leadership team.
Joe Dale
Canada Team Leader
Joe Dale trained as a student on our 2020 program. He then went on to earn his degree in theology at the University of Nottingham. He is an incredible leader who not only is someone that carries wisdom beyond his years but also loves adventure.
Joe loves any alpine adventure and over the years has built up his knowledge and skills in the outdoors to become a very skilled leader in the outdoors.
Tim Larsen
Canada Assistant Leader
Tim trained with Soul Edge during our 2020 Canada program. He returned to South Africa where he worked for Black Diamond and pursued developing his skills in climbing and mountaineering. He loves the outdoors and finds great joy in introducing others to new experiences and adventures in the wilderness.
Tim also has a deep love for Jesus and has a passion for discipleship, It is rare to find Tim not smiling as he carries so much joy in all he does!

Lois Render
Soul Edge PLUS Core Team
Lois was part of our flagship Soul Edge Scotland Program. She is such an incredible woman of God and carries so much hope and joy into an otherwise hurting world. She is a fantastic friend to many and literally changes the environment around her. We are so thankful to know Lois and have her invest into the SE PLUS network. She is also very proudly Welsh ("Cymru am byth" "Wales Forever").
Edward Birchill

Ed was also part of our Soul Edge Scotland Program. Ed's heart for service is second to none, and will often go above and beyond, without even looking for any recognition. However, we absolutely recognise the incredible ways in which Edward invests in those around him. This makes him a perfect and much valued member of the SE PLUS Network. Titus Hopkins
Soul Edge PLUS Core Team
Titus was also part of our Soul Edge 2020 Canada program. He went on to study History at the University of Nottingham were he has earned his BA. Titus is the type of person you can easily spend hours talking too. Not only is he a wonderful conversationalist but carries a deep passion for Jesus and for seeing his generation raised up as men and women equipped to live and bring change in the world around them.

Joe did the Soul Edge course in 2020, before staying in Canada to support Soul Edge on digital projects and strategy. Prior to Soul Edge, Joe worked at Google in a digital marketing team, while running his own business on the side. He is passionate about using business for the kingdom and investing in initiatives which transform lives.
Josh Luetchford
UK SE Admin Team
Josh is a hugely talented illustrator and minister to all ages. Josh's Soul Edge year was 2016 - an all male course! After loving every minute and showing time and time again what an incredible servant leader he is we invited Josh to came back to serve the team on mission in Pelican Narrows during the 2017 course. Josh completed an Internship at Burlington Baptist Church and wonderfully ministers the goodness of the Gospel to all ages. He also led the 2019 Canada Team.
Rachel Luetchford
UK SE Admin Team
Rachel did the Soul Edge course back in 2014 where she excelled. She then studied at UEA earning a degree in International Development, where she devoted her dissertation to European Law regarding the Modern Day Slave Trade and Human Trafficking. Since graduation she has been involved in research regarding young adults and leadership in the UK Church at the Forge Leadership Consultancy. Rachel also led the 2019 Canada Team.

Josh Bush
New Zealand Team Leader
Josh successfully completed the Soul Edge course in 2014 showing a real aptitude for learning and spiritual growth. Since then, he has ministered in the UK and in New Zealand whilst also completing a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Social Sciences. He is a wonderful spiritual counsellor and a natural evangelist. After leading the 2019 Canada Team he was a core member of the NZ Soul Edge 2020 Team. Josh currently serves on staff at Grace Vineyard working with youth and Young adults. He is an incredor mentor and coach and we are thankful to have him on team.
